At Sofrito Paella, passion is our most important ingredient as we bring you the beauty of Spanish flavours in every bite. We specialise in traditionally made paella, made right in front of you each delicious ingredient at a time. We serve our delectable dishes at markets and festivals around Sydney each week, as well as catering for corporate events and weddings.

Market Locations
We are cooking up a storm every week in Manly, Hornsby, Parramatta, Kings Cross and Marrickville markets. We can also be found on the first Saturday of every month at Mosman markets, and the fourth Sunday of every month in Avoca Beach.

Sofrito Paella was created after years of searching for “just the right” eating experience for discernible Sydney foodies. Therefore, we specialise in making tantalising Spanish street food right in front of you, and only use the highest quality ingredients. We do this because we want all of your senses involved as you eat and enjoy our authentic and delicious paella.

Where: The Wahrooong Village fair occupies the main Wahroonga carpark adjoining Coonabarra road, and the length of Railway Ave Wahroonga (the central high street up to Wahroonga Station. Stall will also be located along Redleaf Lane between Railway Ave. and the Carpark.
When: The Wahroonga Village fair is on Sunday 1st of December, from 9am to 4pm.

Maroubra Beach Market is a new monthly food and goods market featuring more than 120 stalls, launching at Maroubra Beach on Sunday 5 May 2024.
Held on the first Sunday of each month, from 8am-2pm, at Broadarrow Reserve.
What’s On
The new markets will include a selection of high quality products, including fresh produce, artisan food products, fashion, homewares, crafts, plants, flowers, and art.
There will also be onsite dining areas and a variety of vendors selling hot foods.
